What about luggage?
We do not check luggage or provide receipts. You load your own baggage and liability is limited to $50 per bag. You may bring one piece of luggage per reservation, not exceeding 62 inches when adding the total length + width + height and not more than 50 pounds. You may also bring one small (briefcase size) carry-on bag that will fit in the overhead storage compartments or under the seat. Maximum bag sizes that are commonly used for airline carry-on, such as wheeled rectangular bags are too large to be taken inside the passenger compartment and will not be permitted. No special exceptions are made for strollers, car seats, etc.

Sorry. No. All times are estimates and may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic and mechanical issues. All public transportation experiences these types of delays and interruptions from time to time.
