All tickets sold by ticket brokers are non-refundable, non-changeable.

DISCOUNT TICKET HOLDER MUST HAVE CURRENT VALID ID SHOWING THEY ARE EITHER:
1. Full Time UVA Student
2. Under 16
3. Over 65
4. Active Duty Military

Where do I find the bus in New York?
The pickup location is subject to conditions on ground in the Meatpacking District. It is generally best to go to the corner of 9th Avenue and Little West 12th Street. Look down 9th Avenue toward the Gansevoort NYC Hotel or down Little West 12th St toward Gansevoort St. You will see the bus near by.

Can I rent a bus for a trip or party, like a wedding?
Yes. Click HERE for instant prices for all of our services including airport and group transportation.

Do you sell parking?
No. Customers are responsible for arranging their own parking at all locations in Charlottesville and New York.

May guests under 18 years of age ride alone?
Sorry. No.

The bus was late arriving or departing. Am I entitled to a refund?
No. All departure and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

What if I can’t use a ticket I bought?
No problem – as long as you know at least two hours before your bus is due to depart, call us at 434-295-0782 or email us at Admin@StarlightBus.com with your ticket number and you will get a 100% refund. All calls and emails are time stamped for your protection; and all refunds are issued within 7 days.

What if I don’t know that soon or forget to call?
Big problem – you only get 25% back if you call anytime from two hours before departure to 30 days after departure.

But what If I have been in the wilderness feeding the hungry for the last 31 days and couldn’t call?
Sorry, we spent all of your money feeding our own hungry staff.

Can I get a refund at the bus?
No. All refunds are handled through the office.

I qualify for a discount, but I already bought the ticket at a higher price. May I receive a refund?
Yes. Cancel the ticket and get a refund (as long as it’s at least 2 hours before departure) and buy another ticket.

Can I exchange my ticket for a different travel date or time?

I’d like to change my destination. Can I do that without paying a fee?

May I bring my pet?
Sorry. No. Certified service animals only are allowed.

May I send a package without a human?
Sorry. No.
